Make Today Amazing ("the app") is a daily poem app. This page explains what information is collected when you use the app or website, and how it's used.
The app keeps a running record of your poem history, favorites, selected language, and daily usage count directly on your device, using standard local app storage. This information is not transmitted to us or stored on any server, and stays on your device unless you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
When you reveal a poem, a short list of recently used titles and themes (not any personal information) is sent to our server so a new poem can be generated without repeating recent ones. This request is processed using the Anthropic Claude API to generate the poem text, then returned to your device. We do not retain this poem-generation traffic beyond what's needed to process the request.
If you purchase a subscription, that purchase is processed through Google Play Billing and managed using RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status information (such as which plan you've purchased and renewal status) in order to unlock the correct features in the app. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.
The app offers an optional rewarded video ad (watch a short video to unlock a bonus poem) using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers and related data to select and measure ads, in accordance with Google's own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy for details. Watching ads is entirely optional and never required to use the app's core features.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
